Class Description
Students will experiment with different ingredients used to make cookies, learning the role and history of those ingredients. They will work with different categories of cookies as they bake a variety of cookies.

Additional Info:
Parents and students have an understanding what their child may or may not eat from their cooking projects before they come to class. Class ingredients will include various allergens: wheat, milk, eggs, nuts, seeds, food dyes, soy, flavorings. There will not be adjustments made in recipes for allergen free cooking. Students must be able to work with others. Some weeks they will work individually and some weeks they will work on teams.
