Additional Info:
We will be cooking in this class, so students need to protect their clothing. We will occasionally be pan frying foods, so there is potential for grease to get on clothes. Please make sure students bring an apron each week. Please be sure to let me know as soon as possible if your student has any food allergies or intolerances.
