Class Description
In Forensic Science, we will learn about crime scenes and forensic evidence, how it is collected and analyzed, and learn what evidence is valuable and what is not. This is a high school level class. We will discuss heinous crimes (murder, etc.) as well as blood and other bodily fluids, so please make sure your student can handle those topics. We will do labs including fingerprinting, impression casting, gathering and studying trace evidence, and analyzing blood splatter.

This is a crime investigation class. We will learn about different crimes, mostly heinous crimes like murder. We will also learn about and discuss blood and other bodily fluids. Parents and students should be aware and prepared to discuss/learn about these topics.
