This class will deal with items that contain allergy ingredients - dairy, eggs, soy, dye, nuts, peanut butter, etc. If your student is allergic to any item(s), parents must understand before registering their student that substitutions will not be made to accommodate allergy students and the teacher and assistants will not monitor those students with allergies. The parent/ care giver enrolling a student with allergies will bear the responsibility not the teacher/assistants/ or the co-op. If the student has life-threatening allergies, please consider not enrolling them in this class.
