Class Description
This class will allow students to bring in something that they could demonstrate and talk about for at least five minutes. Some weeks will have an assigned a theme or topic, along with a list of talking points they could use to help them along, but some weeks will be free to choice. Hopefully this class will produce some very interesting and engaging sessions, all while helping the students gain more confidence in speaking to a crowd. Students will need to spend some time before class to prepare their presentation with what item or topic they will be presenting in class. Some weeks will be more improved and done on the fly. This class is not intended for them to fully write and design a presentation but more of a fun presentation to work on getting comfortable in front of group of people when presenting a topic or item of their choice that align with the topic or theme for the week. While also working on listening respectfully and supporting others when preparing and presenting. Each week, each student will spend a few minutes speaking about a topic or item of their choice (within the theme if necessary) and will be a fun and supportive time of each other.
