Class Description
Join us for Storytime Yoga Adventures, a fun-filled class where kids can stretch their bodies and imaginations! In the first half of each class, we will embark on exciting journeys through yoga poses and somatic exercises, all woven into engaging stories and themes. (Think Cosmic Kids Yoga.) The second half of class will be packed with cooperative games and physical education activities, encouraging teamwork and active play. It's the perfect blend of movement, creativity and fun.
