Class Description
This class will be focused on reading, responding to and analyzing pieces of literature that will lead to class discussion and the ability to make connections across different time periods in fiction as well as genres. All this will be skills used to prepare for post high school education. Students will be doing short answer writing and quick response writing but not assigned papers inside the confines of the class. If a parent would like ideas on more in-depth writing assignments those can be supplied for use at home.
