Class Description
Welcome to Book club. Each week, there will be assigned reading to be completed before class. (except for the first class.) You may choose your preferred way to read a book- audio, ebook, or paper are all great choices. I will be handing out a notebook the first week of class. We will have different prompts for discussions. Students are encouraged to write down favorite lines in the reading.
During class, we will share a snack and discuss the weekly reading.
For snack, each child will sign up to bring a snack and drinks a few times, depending on how many children are in class. The last week, there will be a small party, where everyone can bring a small treat to share.
I will set up a Google Classroom, so that you will know what we are doing each week. Please have a parent and/or student join
