Class Description
In this hands-on science class, elementary students will discover the fundamentals of electricity and electronics through engaging projects using Snap Circuits kits. Students will learn how electrical circuits work by building and experimenting with real, snap-together components that light bulbs, spin motors, and produce sounds. Through guided activities, students will explore different types of circuits, including series and parallel, and understand how electricity flows to power everyday devices.
We will be using the Snap Circuits SC-100 kit for this class which will be purchased by the teacher. Kits will be stored for the course and will go home with the student at the end of the semester.
