Class Description
In Nail Art, we will create designs on press-on nails using different media from gel polish, polygel, and hard gel products. Each week, we will focus on a different skill such as marbling, hand painting, smile lines, adding crystals or charms, and more! You’ll be able to use your press-on nails with sticky tabs or nail glue to wear. We will work towards a set of nails to display at the showcase at the end of the semester!

What class supplies do parents need to provide?
Yes, a nail art kit including a nail UV light and a variety of gel polishes and accessories (many to choose from on Amazon) and a nail tip stand (also available on Amazon).
Will homework be required for this class?
No
Additional Info:
We will be working with gel products, which can cause an allergic reaction due to repeated exposure to skin (this is rare, but is worth being aware of). We will discuss this our first week of class and do our best to make sure we don't have any gel products on our hands. However, students are welcome to wear gloves (latex style) to protect their hands if desired.
