Class Description
In this individualized fitness class, students will receive a custom workout plan tailored to their goals and fitness level. Each student will complete an Overhead Squat Assessment to help identify movement patterns and needs. Workouts will focus on building strength, mobility, endurance, and confidence. Plans will be accessible through a personal training app, with printed options available if preferred. During class, students will work independently on their assigned exercises with support and guidance. This class is ideal for motivated students who can follow directions, stay focused, and take ownership of their fitness journey.

Additional Info:
Each student will be given access to a secure personal training app where their custom workout plan will be uploaded. The app includes video demonstrations, instructions, and progress tracking. Students can also access their workouts at home. If your child doesn’t have access to a device or prefers paper, printed workouts can be provided.
