Class Description
Students will learn the basics of muffin making. They will explore the versatility of the flavors of muffins, while being introduced to rudimentary baking skills. Some weeks will focus on savory and some sweet...and everything in between. We will focus on measurements, mixing techniques and following instructions. Students will be encouraged to come up with their own mix-ins and flavor ideas, showing them the magic in making muffins!

Students will encounter allergy items. Recipes are not adapted for specific needs. Students must have a clean apron to wear each week, and hair pulled back or under a hairnet/hat. Students may work in teams or separately and divide finished items to take home.
