Class Description
Introducing students to the fascinating science behind fire, heat, and safety. Through lecture, discussion, hands-on crafts, and interactive projects, students will learn what fire needs to burn, how it spreads, and why fire safety is so important in everyday life.
This class combines simple scientific concepts with creative activities that help students explore topics such as the fire triangle, heat transfer, combustion, fire behavior, fuels and fire loads. Students will complete projects, participate in demonstrations, and create take-home materials that reinforce each week’s lesson.
