Class Description
This course is designed to get kids moving, sweating, and smiling. Our goal is to introduce students to a variety of traditional sports and high-energy physical education games. Each week, we will focus on a different set of skills—ranging from hand-eye coordination and teamwork to agility and cardiovascular endurance.
