Class Description
This hands-on culinary and history workshop takes students on a flavorful journey through time. Designed for young chefs with a passion for history, this course focuses on the practical art of historical cooking. Each week, students will step into the kitchen to prepare authentic dishes from different historical eras primarily by themselves, developing their culinary independence under supportive instructor supervision. Alongside cooking, students will explore the rich history, culture, and stories behind the food they create. To prepare for this exploration, students are required to watch a weekly assigned video from curated educational channels at home so they come to class ready to discuss the time period.
