Class Description
This hands-on vocal performance class brings the magic of the stage and screen into the rehearsal room. Designed for young vocalists who love storytelling through song, this course focuses specifically on the dramatic and practical art of performing movie soundtracks and musical theater show tunes. Each week, students will engage in a dynamic rehearsal process, building vocal strength, character expression, and confidence as they dive into iconic songs from beloved films and theatrical productions. Students will work on group arrangements selected by the instructor while also possibly practicing individual solos from their favorite soundtracks. Dedicated entirely to real-time application and performance skills, this course empowers students to master the unique techniques required to captivate an audience and bring cinematic and theatrical music to life.
