Class Description
Get ready to move, laugh, and play! This high-energy class combines music, movement, games, teamwork, and imagination. Students will participate in active group games, obstacle courses, dance activities, rhythm challenges, relay races, scavenger hunts, and cooperative team-building activities. Each week brings new adventures that help build coordination, listening skills, confidence, creativity, and friendships while having fun and staying active. No dance experience or athletic ability required—just a willingness to move and have fun!

Activities focus on following directions, taking turns, cooperating with others, problem-solving, and developing gross motor skills in a positive and encouraging atmosphere. Classes will include a variety of movement-based games and activities. While some activities may involve music and simple dance movements, the primary focus is on active play, teamwork, and having fun. Students will be encouraged to participate at their own comfort level, and activities can be adapted to accommodate different ages and abilities. Please have your child wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes suitable for running, jumping, stretching, and other active movement. Bringing a water bottle is also recommended. Most importantly, this class is about building confidence, making friends, staying active, and having a great time!
